What's on this shelf is a hand-picked selection, not our own roast. We do roast small batches in-house, but only enough for our own cups in the coffeehouse — what we sell is a curation of the best specialty coffee we can find from roasters across the world, in the same spirit as the merchants who once carried coffee along Ottoman trade routes: knowing exceptional coffee when we taste it, wherever it comes from. Each bean is scored 84+ and rotated regularly, so what's here today may be gone next month. Available ground for ibrik, V60, or espresso, or as whole bean.
